The most popular dish on the menu is the #13 MEAT JUN WITH CHICKEN. Did you know that Meat Jun is a Hawaii dish with Korean origins? It consists of thinly sliced beef dipped in egg batter, then fried and served with Gochujang based dipping sauce which is made from red peppers, fermented soybeans, rice, and salt.
